Exchange data between two iphones
My mom has the 13 pro max, but she wants my 11 due to the size. That means I would get her 13, but I’m not sure if there is a way to exchange data between two iphones.

Hi, na_04.
There wouldn't be a way to directly swap the data on both devices. What you'll want to do, is make a backup of each device on either iCloud or using a computer, erase each device, then restore your mother's backup to the iPhone 11 and your backup to the iPhone 13.
You will also need to swap the SIM cards or eSIM from one device from the other: Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPhone
