Ipad Pro M2 Dropping Wifi
Anyone else experiencing this issue where the iPad is connecting to wifi and then suddenly drops it. The bars still show but whatever you're doing no longer works and it just stays loading. Need help!

Multiple reports have been seen within the Apple Support Communities - and external media sources - complaining of issues with new iPad modes inexplicably dropping their WiFi connections.
You would be best advised to seek assistance directly from Apple Support. You can contact the Support Team using the Get Support link at top-right of this page. Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your iPad, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

My mother's is doing the same thing. Spoke with Apple Support and we have exchanged it for another iPad but it is doing the same thing. It's really frustrating spending money and there is no solution.
Ran into the same problem with both the 12.9 & 11 inch M2 iPad Pro. I tried two 11 inch pros before giving up. My wife's M1 iPad Pro is fine - so it is definitely something with the new M2.
