Memoji engraving in Dubai.
I can't see the option for engraving my Memoji on the new AirPods pro 2.
Is this feature not available in apple store UAE?
Are you ordering from the Apple Store app? You need to use the app to engrave Memoji.

Interesting- on the selection bar with "Emoji | ABC" there should be a third option labeled "Memoji".
You may want to contact Apple Support with the options below.
- Call Apple at 1-800-MY-APPLE or Apple Support at 1-800-APLCARE
- Chat using the Messages app on your iPhone or Mac. Make sure to use Safari to open the link.
- Contact - Official Apple Support
- Find Locations - Apple
