my notes have disappeared

All my notes, including the app itself have disappeared from y phone.

Anyone knows how to have them back? all my personal information including all my passwords have been saved there for ever!!

Swipe to the last screen on your phone to get to the App Library. You can search for Notes app in there. When you find it, hold down on it until it wiggles and you can drag the icon to the Home Screen. Tap Done when you are finished.
