How do I set up visual voicemail. I set up phone put when a message is left it prompts me to call my voicemail. I don’t want that, I want visual voicemail.
Did you already set up voicemail on your phone? If so, visual voicemail should be enabled by default once you do. Your cellular provider should be able to provide you with the steps to set up voicemail service. Note; however, your cellular provider must support visual voicemail. Not all do.
Once that is done, the only other thing is to make sure that you have "cellular" data enabled on your phone.
