Anyone how I can convert a .band file to any 'common' audio file? Thanks

Share songs to the Music app in GarageBand on Mac - Apple Support

"The format of the shared song is determined by the import settings."

That is import settings in the Music app:

Choose import settings in Music on Mac - Apple Support (KG)
