I updated to ios 15.7 and my apple tv will not work. I cant use airplay.

First unplug the Apple TV from its power source for 2-3 minutes, plug it back in and retest. If the problem continues restart your modem and router, yes even if everything else works fine.

After you have it connected to Wi-Fi then update the AppleTV to TV OS (note it is NOT IOS which is for iPads and iPhones) 16.
