I’m send a iMessage to another iPhone it’s turned green yes I’ve tried to restart my phone and gone onto messages on setting it hasn’t worked any help and the audio doesn’t work I sent a message at first on blue I didn’t go blue so I sent it as a sms

When imessage is unavailable either due to you or the receipenent is in an area with a weak wifi or cellular data signal or has imessage turned off, it will send as a SMS>
