My iPhone doesn’t charge fully. It stop charging when it got to 91%. I have different chargers but I still have the same problem.

Yawok ~ It's not clear how you know it's the original battery if you bought it from someone. So have the battery replaced:

Yawok ~ iPhone X was manufactured from 2017–18, so your original battery is 4–5 years old. It's unlikely that such an old battery has a high maximum capacity of 91% or "health" of 100%.
...Did you buy that iPhone X new and from a reputable source?
Or did you buy it used? – In which case, how do you know the battery is original?

I have no idea if the battery was changed before selling it to me. Because I bought it from someone. So please in this case what should I do? Now it doesn’t change fully.

If you are using a fast charger (an 18 or 20 watt USB-C) charging will stop if the phone gets too warm inside. It will resume when it cools down.

My maximum capacity is 91%
My battery health percentage is 100%
I didn’t buy it new. I bought it from someone.
And in this case should I change the battery or the charger.
