Yawok ~ iPhone X was manufactured from 2017–18, so your original battery is 4–5 years old. It's unlikely that such an old battery has a high maximum capacity of 91% or "health" of 100%.

...Did you buy that iPhone X new and from a reputable source?

Or did you buy it used? – In which case, how do you know the battery is original?

I have no idea if the battery was changed before selling it to me. Because I bought it from someone. So please in this case what should I do? Now it doesn’t change fully.

So why did you previously say: "My iPhone have the original battery."?!

And I've already given you the solution, along with links to informative articles about battery replacement.
