11 pro max camera not working

Hi, my camera on my 11 pro max stopped working out of the blue and started making this buzzing noise whenever I went on camera and it’s just a black screen back and front camera (even on social media’s) my torch isn’t working either but my camera only works on 2x zoom on the back camera for some reason. It won’t let me take a photo so it’s not a damaged lens it’s something to do with internals. I’ve tried restarting multiple times, updating to recent ios, factory resetting settings, and I still can’t get it to work, I’m really worried can someone please help me out?
