Help with setting up phone on new phone. I’ve done this before. Thought I had the transfer done only to find I didn’t get the new one set up. I have erased my old phone. I am senior and really need my phone. Data transferred just not phone info.

Your option at this point, hoping you have a current backup of the iPhone, is to restore the new phone from the latest backup you had of the old phone. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
If you do not have a current backup, then your only option is to set the iPhone up as new, not from a backup.

Thought I had my new iPhone 11 Pro Max set up. Erased old phone and now I find my phone info didn’t transfer. How can I fix this. I am senior citizen I’ll and really need my phone working
