I have iPhone Xs and I want to play Gaming Question! Is it possible to play Wizard of Oz android game on IOS? The game is not available on Appstore.?

If you checked and saw that it is not available in the Apple App Store, then I would say the answer is no.

No. Android games don't work on iOS. If there is no iOS version of the game in the App Store, then there's nothing to do but contact the developers and ask them to make a version for iOS devices.
