Does a 3.5 to lightning adaptor headset work with iphone 13 ?
I have an iphone 13. My old wired headset does not work for phone calls, even with a 3.5 to lightning connector jack.

Check the charging port for lint or other debris (use a bright light and a toothpick) and see this:
If your headphones don‘t work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
