Did you see and click the “Enjoy 3 Months Free” redeem button in the TV app on the Apple TV box?

After redeeming and signing up for Apple TV+, you would get a Confirmation email with the subscription details. Additionally, your subscriptions overview would reflect the free trial.

If you have had a previous Apple TV+ subscription, then you may not be eligible for a new trial.
