Refund was denied and now my money is being stolen

I signed up for a free trial of an app I’ve never bought on apple and wasn’t able to cancel the subscription in time, the app didn’t fit my needs I almost forgot about it. I requested a refund for a (1 year worth of subscription and it says iam ineligible to receive a refund… okay
