Installed Apps but in AppStore mentioned Not installed

All of my installed apps on my phone but Appstore shows all of it as not installed and only the Get button available. As of this moment, I can’t download any new apps nor update existing one. Anyone encountered this problem before?

I’ve tried restarting my phone, log out and back in my AppleID and my storage is only 60% full. Help!

my ios is iOS 16.0 (20A362)

and only the Get button available.

'Get' means you don't own the app yet and when you see 'Open' that means you own the app or have ever downloaded the app and then uninstalled it.
