upgrade OS on MacBook air 13" early 2015

I want to upgrade from my High Sierra 10.13.6 OS? What are my options? Apple help sends me to upgrade to Ventura which is not compatible.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, click here, and then on the download link for a newer OS. Your computer's maximum one is Monterey.

Catalina and newer won't run 32-bit software; download and use Go64 as well as using the first link above.
