Trapped in Apple family

What if the parent of your group lost their last iPhone and now has a completely different AppleId. I am over the age of 13 and it won’t let me leave because “my parent controls my screen time” but the old appleID isn’t in use, and they aren’t able to take me out because they forgot all their passwords to their old phone. I’m trapped and it won’t let me press leave family, the button is gray.
