Changing family sharing accounts

If I am the organizer of a family with an Apple One subscription can I cancel that subscription and join another family with an Apple One subscription without losing my current iCloud storage, Music playlists, etc?

You would first need to disband the current family: Leave Family Sharing - Apple Support

Your Apple Music will stay intact, but you may need to download content for offline play again after joining the new family sharing sharing group: Add music to iPhone and listen offline - Apple Support
