Seems you've been scammed, though a full-assumption on my part. This is the link the seller should have used prior to selling it to you: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. The seller should have known better.

Nobody on these boards can, and nobody at Apple will; it's an anti-theft measure. Ask the seller to remove it or give you a refund, or ask eBay for a refund.
