Itunes Movie won't play on Laptop Lenovo Yoga AMD Chipset

Dear Apple Lovers,

I just bought a PC laptop Lenovo Yoga 6 with chipset AMD Ryzen 7 5000 Series and integrated AMD Radeon, running windows 11 and itunes version 12.12.6.1.

Recently, I sign in to my account to play some movies that I already bought.

when I click play button on my itunes movies library, suddenly there's pop up screen with black images.

I checked my Internet, It was fine, and I'm curious, that nothing files was downloaded.

After waiting for 5 minutes, nothing happened, still black screen, but when I played youtube on my browser is fine with full resolution. I assumed this was not the internet connection.

I cannot click anywhere on the itunes, so I need to open task manager and click end task from that. I repeat again and still going to black screen.

even worse, when I checked movies store and click play trailer, black screen appeared again.

Do you know why this is happen on laptop AMD chipset?

previously, I have lenovo legion laptop with Intel i7 10th gen, it looks fine.

could you help me with the solution?

because I have so many movies and sometimes I just want to play it on my itunes for windows.
