Apple Calendar not syncing with 365 since Ventura

My MacbookPro Apple Calendar has stopped syncing Outlook 365 since the Ventura upgrade. This is a business critical problem. Has anyone solved this?

A recent thread here had a similar problem to yours and a solution was posted. I hope it might also work for you.

See the comment from TomixM where he describes how he used the Activity Monitor app to restart a process which then saw the Calendar app sync again.
