Phishing virus on iPhone

So, I just recently got a bunch of emails about new jobs being available. I ignored them for awhile, didn’t hit the apply now link but I got annoyed and hit the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. I realized after the fact that this could’ve been some kind of phishing scam or virus. Is it possible I just infected my iPhone?
