My AirPods (serial H0PD4L0ELX2Y) sound balance is off in the left headpod. It is okay in the right headpod than the left. I don't know if it’s a technical issue or something wrong with the actual headphones. I tried to update the software but could not figure out.

Check the balance:
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual and scroll down to “Balance L vs R” (Adjust the audio volume balance) and make changes.
