Adding an email account

I’ve been trying to add a Comporium email account but I’m having problems. I’ve inquired with Comporium, they’ve walked me through a process but I still can’t add it. Has anyone else experienced this issue. Is there any help in this area. Comporium is a South Carolina company. Thanks

Contact again that email provider and see what parameters you need (listed at the section "Enter account settings manually") in this support article:--> Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
