i bought an Iphone and it's icloud locked

so i bought an iphone from ebay ( usa ) after shipping it to egypt i found out that it's locked to owner , and the guy who sold it to me doesn't responding , is there anyway to unlock it ?

If i8t was not disclosed in the product description that it was activation locked or icloud locked, and the seller is not responding, file a claim under eBay’s buyer protection program and get your money back.

There is no way to bypass the activation lock.
