My watch face has several complications that allow me to open apps without the Digital Crown. For the last two days, the complication on the top left has been opening by itself without my touching anything, severely reducing the usefulness of the watch. I have restarted both the linked phone and the watch itself. How do I resolve this bug?
Are you sure your not rubbing the watch face with a shirt sleeve and arm pressure?
I have an app on the upper left that opens like that, but it is usually when I'm wearing a long sleeve shirt.

do you have assistive touch hand gestures enabled? I used to face this as it sometimes it automatically takes gesture inputs. I turned it off and now its fine
