Got charged for a free gift card

Hi! I purchased an iPad Air a few days ago during the Black Friday/ cyber Monday sale and as a result was said to be given a free $50 Apple Card. It said -$50 on the receipt, showing that I didn’t pay for the card. However, I’m looking at my bank statements and I was charged for both the iPad and the apple giftcard…

I live in the Bahamas and therefore can’t call apple to get help (not till free)

Can anyone help me please?

You are charged for the gift card and for the iPad minus the gift card amount. Your total payment is the same as if you had purchase an iPad at any other time but you gain the $50 gift card
