Deselect iCloud folders?

I am in Mac OS 13.0.1 (22A400). I have the Desktop and Documents folders of one of my Macs in my iCloud drive. I want to remove these two folders from the drive.

I have found some instructions for how to do in earlier versions of the OS that have "System Preferences." But the System Settings of the current OS are organized differently.

How do I remove these two folders from iCloud now?

Mac mini, macOS 13.0

You can drag the folders anywhere that you would like to keep the contents. The verify info is because if you were not using desktop and documents, you might be moving duplicates files. After moving folders you can delete from iCloud.
