If the watch is activation locked and you cannot reach the person you got the watch from, you own a useless watch, which Apple will NOT unlock, nor can we help you unlock. If this is your situation, recycle the watch responsibly. It is useless and cannot be used unless the person you got the watch from unlocks it.
