You can allow them as mentioned to log into https://icloud.com with their Apple ID on your iPhone to track their phone.
You can open the Find My app on your iPhone, tap on Me, then scroll down to the bottom, and tap on "Help a Friend". This opens a browser to https://icloud.com/find
