Installment Refund

I bought Apple Mac on 12 months installments plan. I returned my Apple Mac within the 14 day’s period, they refunded me the taxes but they didn’t refund the installments. Any Ideas how to resolve that?

How long does it take to refund the amount Hi, I bought a refurbished Macbook Air online but cancelled the order even before the item was shipped. On cancellation I got a confirmation that my amount will be refunded back and no charges will be deducted. How long does it take to refund the amount?

They deducted the first installment on 11/30. Two days before I returned it
