MACBOOK SECONDHAND KEEP ASKING PREVIOUS OWNER PASSWORD

Hello guys i recently bought a macbook air m2 secondhand, i factory reset it already but it keeps asking me to input the previous owner password, how can i remove or change it . It told me to sign in my apple id and then after that told me to input the previous password 😭😭 help me do you hv any idea

Contact the previous owner and return the MacBook Air to them so that they can properly prepare it for sale as there is nothing you can do until they do.


Inform them that they need to follow this procedure before returning it:
