New in apple music free for 6 month is expired

I was busy with another thing, forgot to register for the new in apple music. Now it got expired already.It's possible to help me to recover it? I would like to try apple music now! Thanks

Wrong expiration date for my Apple Music subscription I paid the one month and get 2 months free; in total 3 three months. I did this on the 29th of July 2022, hence it should expire on the 29th of October During the transaction process Which I have a screenshot of it says to be renewed October 29th. at the end of August 29th I could no longer access my songs, everything is gone, I had to check my subscriptions in settings and it says expired August 29 this is all a mistake how do they fix this and what do I have to do as well its frustrating cos I have to re download everything back
