How do I remove Cupertino from this app on my desktop?

open your widgets and scroll down until you see "edit widgets". click on "edit widgets".

and then click the little grey "-" (minus) sign for Cupertino weather widget. (I used Kyiv as an example)

If you want to change the location, just tap the Widget after entering the Edit Widgets mode.
