How do I get a refund for something I did not sign up for.
Can I get a refund for services I did not sign up for, since July 2022? I don't even have a Iphone.

That far back is going to be quite tough, but you can log into https://reportaproblem.apple.com and try.
If that fails, I would contact Apple Support.
