How to clear other users data?

On my Mac settings other users is showing to be using 43 GB but there are no other users on my Mac. Only I use my MacBook.

There is exactly One User on this computer and not even a Guest Account which is disabled - my choice

Or Force a Reindex via Terminal Command “ sudo tmutil -E / “ without Quotation Marks
