Hello javisndeh,

I suspect the underlying reason is either the device is old and it somehow allowed a new version of the app requiring newer hardware, or the app is old and you may need to use a newer version on your hardware. It his difficult saying more without knowing more about the equipment, the iOS version you are using, or even which app.

Try updating your system software as directed in this document: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Try updating the app itself: For apps on a mobile device --> App Store app > Updates, or select your icon in the upper right corner > click update all or scroll down past the first screen to select individual apps.

Contact the developer and see if they can help. Click on this link to discover 'How to contact an app developer' - How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

Impossible to say without more information? Is this an app you already have, or one you are trying to download? What messsges are you seeing? If the incompatibility is because the iOS needs updating then you need to update it. If that is not possible because the device is old and cannot be updated further then you are out of luck as far as that device is concerned.
