Battery defect

I have a MacBook Air M1 16GB 512GB. Bought on 12/09/2021. At the moment, the battery has 113 charging cycles and at the same time the charge is already 90%. The company allegedly stated that the batteries of these laptops are designed for 1000 cycles to 80%. Turns out I definitely have a battery problem. Is my case eligible for warranty replacement?

That is something you'll need to discuss with Apple:
