Family

correct organizer in family on my iPhone

ount it shows my name as organizer. All is well. BUT on my phone the organizer name is wrong and I cannot seem to change it

I finally found the answer, I do think this is a bug but this resolves the problem.

Contacts

My Info

you will need to have a contact for yourself in your contacts, whatever contact is selected here will show as organizer for the Family

Well spoke too soon it corrected itself initially but after some time it reverted back to the wrong name. It is reall odd. If I log into my account on my computer it shows correctly and everywhere else in my account on my phone it is right it is only the organizer of family

Yeah, usually the side effects aren't so big from doing that but Wallet is something you really don't want others getting control of so Apple plays it safe in case there's anything fishy going on.

That worked, thank you BUT it is somewhat dramatic as I lost everything from my wallet (it did warn me and the warning was true). This can’t be the only way to clean up what is an error.
