Reset password

to reset my password, my Macbook Air tells me to connect to wi-fi using the wi-fi item in the menu bar. I don’t see a menu bar. Also wi-fi is active on my iPhone. Why not on my MacBook Air?

Greetings philipplhahn,

The menu bar is at the top of your Mac screen. You will need the option to connect to Wi-Fi in the upper right.

Reset your Mac login password

If you can't reset your Mac login password
