iMac late 2012 from Mojave to Catalina

Is there any other hardware issue I should know about before upgrading my iMac late 2012 to Catalina? I realize older Word apps won't work, but will my computer have the proper 64 bit driver?

all apples drivers have been 64bit for many years the change with catalina is that it can't execute 32bit binaries at all

if you have third party drivers which are only available as 32 bit then said hardware would stop working

How do I find 32 bit software application… - Apple Community
