Apple watch setup on my plan

Can my daughter use an apple watch that has its own service with a different carrier than her phone? I have an apple watch setup on my plan and wanted to let my daughter have it without her having to pay for an extra line on her own plan. Can that work?

Apple Watch on cellular network I would like to purchase two apple watches for my kids before they go back to school. I currently have two iPhones on a prepaid plan. I don’t believe they give the option to add a device like an Apple Watch. Can I get service through another provider an have two numbers dedicated to the watches so they can operate on a cellular data?

No. iPhone and Apple Watch MUST be on the same carrier who provides the service to the phone.
