Not able to download purchased ringtones on my second iphone

I purchased a few ringtones from the store and downloaded them on one if my iphone’s 12 Pro Max

I am not able to see or download my purchased ringtones on my second Iphone12 pro max

why ?

You need to use the same Apple ID.
