When I help out of state family, I like to set up a Zoom or FaceTime session. This way, we can talk & see each other and they can show me their screen rather than try to describe it. This method allows me to take them step by step thru a process, almost as if I was sitting there with them. Or you can do as Bob suggested and have her call an AppleCare specialist … or make an appointment at her local Genius Bar.

Why don't you have your sister post here, so we don't have to deal with 3 way communication.

Even better, have her get with an Apple Support specialist on the phone who can walk her through every step and answer questions as they arise.
