My phone is not showing this.What am I supposed to do?

I am trying to receive calls using my macbook .But it isnt showing that option. What am i supposed to do?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.1

It is presumed the User has an iPhone in this setup and it is signed into the same Apple ID and the computer.
