Error (com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter errore 49223)

Greetings
i have a new mac 24 after a day of use it no longer recognizes my external hard drives. It's not a disk problem because on the old mac it works fine.
I see it on the disk utility but if I try to activate it it gives me this error.
(com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error 49223) Even in safe mode it gives me the usual error.
Can you help me?

thank you

Stefano

If the external storage is formatted with FAT/ ExFAT or NTFS and does not need to be, offload he contents, reformat and switch to an Apple format, reload your data, and try again.

If you need FAT, offload, reformat as ExFAT on macOS, and try again.
