Trouble adding data in Photos

When I try to rename a file or add a location, I can't input the info in the info window. Please help.

Mac mini, OS X 10.10

You cannot rename the original image files directly in Photos.

To rename a file you have to export it from Photos with a different filename, then reimport the renamed file.

In the Info you can add a title to the file or a description.


To change the date, select the image in Photos, then go to the "Image menu" and use the command "Adjust Date & Time".
