I have the new Apple TV 4K 2022 when I test the internet speed I can only get about 50 mb on Wi-Fi or using Ethernet on my my iPad and iPhone I can get 70 mb

In reality that speed is enough for the Apple TV to run without issue, but it is concerning to be receiving a lower than anticipated internet speed. Sometimes in running through things with an ISP you can uncover an issue, it never hurts to contact them. At the very least I would contact Apple though.

Was the 50mbps reading on just wifi or you got the same when connected with ethernet? Did you try a different cable? Also try rebooting Apple TV and make sure its up to date (16.2)
I got the same with Ethernet I have rebooted the Apple TV to factory settings and reset it back up and still the same I have the latest update
Then you may want to get in touch with Apple and your ISP to see what things they can run through for further troubleshooting. Good luck!
I no it’s not my intent as my iPhone my iPad and PlayStation and other devices run fine I just get the problem with my Apple tv
